Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bgaee (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bgaee.io (the "Platform"). The Platform includes all web pages, services, features, betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, payment facilities, and customer support channels operated under the bgaee brand.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other internet-connected device. By accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age as defined in your jurisdiction (and in all cases a minimum of 21 years of age), that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.

bgaee reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised and, where practicable, registered users will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register for and use a bgaee account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. bgaee strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement across all products and services. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be facilitated under any circumstances.
2. You must be a natural person (individual human being). Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other non-human legal persons are not permitted to hold bgaee accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bgaee or any affiliated platform.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of bgaee or any of its technology, game, or payment partners.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. bgaee reserves the right to require documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bgaee account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein subject to fraud review.

Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bgaee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bgaee will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. If you receive any communication purportedly from bgaee requesting your password, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Any action taken on the bgaee Platform using your account credentials is your sole legal and financial responsibility, whether or not you authorised that action. If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bgaee support via live chat or email at [email protected] immediately. bgaee may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any security concern reported by you or detected by our systems.

bgaee reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• The account holder is not who they claim to be, or has provided false registration information.
• The account is being used by a person who is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to bgaee, other users, or third parties.

In cases of genuine account closure (not relating to fraud or breach), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the bgaee Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. bgaee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard) or bank wire transfer at this time. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Platform's cashier page.

Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits credited to your bgaee wallet via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically processed within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the respective mobile banking network. bgaee does not charge a fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile banking provider are your own responsibility.

Withdrawals. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the same payment method and account number used to make the original deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. bgaee does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals.

bgaee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, processing times may exceed the standard 24-hour window while the investigation is conducted.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bgaee offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Durga Puja. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement (and in the event of conflict, take precedence over) the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion is explicitly labelled as "no wagering required", all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: in general, slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits bonus stacking.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless stated otherwise.
• bgaee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so (including evidence of abuse).
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including using multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000 is available to new players only. Full promotion terms, including the minimum qualifying deposit and wagering multiplier, are published on the Promotions page of the Platform.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed through the bgaee Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game, which are accessible within the relevant betting interface or game information panel. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail in relation to that game or market.

Sports Betting. Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports are settled in accordance with official event results as published by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bgaee's settlement rules for the affected market are published within the platform's sports betting terms supplement.

Live In-Play Betting. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid and will be settled according to the official result. bgaee is not liable for odds errors caused by data feed delays or technical faults; in such cases, bgaee reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's wallet.

Casino Games. All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, crash games) use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures as applicable. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information panel. bgaee does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction (software error, network disconnection during a round), the affected round is voided and any stake wagered is returned to the player's wallet.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bgaee Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or accessing the Platform using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal recreational gambling.
• Using software, algorithms, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the Platform, whether on betting markets or casino games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to circumvent the integrity of any sports event or casino game.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds connected to any criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgaee staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bgaee Platform — including but not limited to the bgaee brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, data compilations, and all other materials displayed on or accessible through the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of bgaee or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of bgaee. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of bgaee's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Personal Data

bgaee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at bgaee.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bgaee takes data security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected by 256-bit TLS 1.3 SSL encryption. Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. We do not store payment card details on our servers; all payment processing is handled by our certified payment partners. bgaee does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

bgaee is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to preventing problem gambling among its player base. We provide the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account dashboard to manage your spending.

While bgaee makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. bgaee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgaee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bgaee wallet in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bgaee is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bgaee's proven negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Amendments to These Terms

bgaee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player, bgaee will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email at the address associated with their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting support. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. bgaee operates as an internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. The Platform uses SSL encryption, fair play certified games, and industry-standard security practices to ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users.
